Challenge Quilt Stories

Challenge Winner

'Home Is Where The Heart Is'

Challenge Story:

I bought this fabric range last September while holidaying in Bright, with the Challenge in mind.

‘Home Sweet Home’ and ‘Families Are Forever’ – this is what most people treasure with all their hearts

'Bless the Birds'

Challenge Story:

A home is a place where humans nest.
Where there is a home, there is a garden.
Where there is a garden, there are birds.
Birds come in pairs and their beauty brings joy to our hearts.

In the blocks are the fruits, flowers and seeds that feed the birds.
The outer border has quilted feathers for the birds and hearts for the love of home and family.
