Gayle's gorgeous 'Country Carry Bag'
made from Japanese Folded Patchwork Squares

(in the WHY Didn't I Take a Photo? category!)

Click here for the instruction sheets

Page 1 gives instructions for making the Quilt As You Go squares
Page 2 has diagrams for constructing the 'Country Carry Bag'

Thankyou to Gayle for sending a photocopy of her handwritten notes
The diagrams include a good side-on view of the bag)

Japanese Folded Patchwork Squares
especially good with indigo circles for Gayle's Bag

There's also a YouTube video that gives ideas of things to do with 1, 2, or 5 of these squares - but you'd have to subscribe if you want to learn the tricks for neat corners!
